Le ministère de la culture d'Haïti promet de réhabiliter le Rex Théatre à Port-au-Prince. 

Un reportage sur l'histoire du Rex avec ses spectacles fameux de 1935. 

Le grand cinéaste haïtien Arnold Antonin exprime ses voeux de restauration splendide. 

L'ambassadeur de France en Haïti, Didier le Bret, veut s'engager dans la programmation. 

Un nouveau centre culturel ou les haitiens vont se trouver ensemble.
